Louisville – Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate The Louisville office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in litigation and the ability to manage substantive case responsibilities with increasing independence. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners while taking a lead role in case strategy, client communications, discovery, motion practice, and other meaningful client‑facing work. About the Role Drafting and responding to pleadings Managing written and electronic discovery, including e‑discovery strategy Drafting and arguing dispositive and non‑dispositive motions Taking and defending depositions Participating in mediations While prior employment law experience is preferred, we are equally interested in litigators from other defense‑side complex litigation practices who demonstrate a strong interest in developing an employment law practice and contributing to firm growth.
