Responsibilities:- Lead daily operations to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching for growth.
- Ensure operational efficiency by overseeing inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Uphold health and safety regulations to guarantee a safe and clean environment for both staff and guests.
- Facilitate effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to enhance collaboration.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and satisfaction.
- Experience in leading teams within the food services industry, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team growth and development.
- Proven track record of managing daily operations efficiently, including inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for staff and guests.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Ability to address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
