• Lead daily operations to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor and manage staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching for growth.
• Ensure operational efficiency by overseeing inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to guarantee a safe and clean environment for both staff and guests.
• Facilitate effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to enhance collaboration.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and satisfaction.

• Experience in leading teams within the food services industry, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
