Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator (Multi-Skilled – Stable, Long-Term Role)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. This is a key role in our operation, requiring someone who is skilled, consistent, and takes pride in doing quality work every day.

We are not looking for short-term or “in-and-out” employees. We are looking for long-term team members who want stable hours, a strong team environment, and the opportunity to be part of a growing operation.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, multi-skilled warehouse role that includes:

Safely operating a sit-down forklift daily

Pulling and staging customer orders with accuracy

Loading and unloading inbound and outbound materials

Organizing, stocking, and maintaining warehouse inventory

Bundling, packaging, and preparing materials for delivery or pickup

Supporting production and material handling tasks

Assisting with dispatch coordination as needed

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Working closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly

Ensuring accuracy, quality, and care in all order handling

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift (required)

Solid warehouse background with multiple function experience (preferred)

Strong reliability and consistent attendance record (very important)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

High attention to detail and pride in accuracy

Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to help wherever needed

Professional communication and respectful attitude in the workplace

Customer-service mindset when handling materials and orders

Ability to work a consistent 40-hour schedule

Schedule

Full-time: 40 hours per week

Standard shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on role needs)

Occasional Saturday work as needed, with a weekday off when scheduled
