Mechanical & Robotics Technician

Pay: $32.50/hour

Schedule: 4 Days On, 3 Days Off (Wednesday-Saturday)

Job Type: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

As a Mechanical & Robotics Technician, you'll support a highly automated operation by maintaining and troubleshooting equipment critical to daily production and distribution activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems
• Performing preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections
• Maintaining conveyors, packaging equipment, and material handling systems
• Supporting robotics and automation equipment to maximize uptime
• Assisting with equipment upgrades, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Documenting maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Following safety procedures, maintenance standards, and company policies
• Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to improve reliability and performance

What We're Looking For

• Experience maintaining industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution equipment
• Strong mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with conveyors, automated packaging equipment, or material handling systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and maintenance procedures
• Robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

This is a Permanent position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
