Industrial Electrician

Job Description The ideal candidate will have industrial maintenance experience, with strong mechanical and electrical skills, including reading schematics and using testing equipment. They may have completed a technical training program or apprenticeship and are adept at troubleshooting and repairing machinery in a fast‑paced, continuous manufacturing environment. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and the ability to work 12‑hour shifts is essential. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repair, and installation on plant machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues. Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. Inspect and test machinery before returning it to production. Follow safety guidelines and report any issues. Qualifications High school diploma/GED and completed craft apprenticeship or technical training. Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, power tools, and equipment operation. Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Experience with electrical testing equipment such as meters and meggers. Ability to work 12‑hour shifts. Physical Requirements Must meet the physical demands required to perform the job duties. In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based sales incentive plan.
