Whether you're an experienced machine operator or looking to expand your manufacturing skills, we want to hear from you!Position: Blow Mold OperatorLocation: Manufacturing Facility Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available Competitive Pay Based on Experience Manufacturing / Production EnvironmentWhat You'll Do:As a Blow Mold Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products. Daily responsibilities include:Set up and operate blow molding machines according to production specificationsMonitor machine settings, temperatures, and production cyclesStart and maintain material flow and cooling systemsInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metRemove molded products and trim excess material as neededRegrind and recycle scrap materialMaintain machine cleanliness and organized work areasKeep production materials stocked and readily availableFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read, write, and understand English Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
