Locums Emergency Medicine Physician

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for emergency department coverage with a focus on delivering quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include managing approximately 0.75 to 1 patient per hour, working 12-hour shifts with available blocks of 7 shifts per month, and providing support during day and night shifts with NP and APP assistance.
- Mandatory certifications: ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS
- Handle an annual ED volume of 7,000 - 8,000 patients
- Complete a mandatory 4-day onsite orientation before starting solo shifts
- Assist in providing safe, efficient emergency care in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize online tools for assignment details and time tracking
- Work with a dedicated recruiter to streamline credentialing and logistical processes
