What You'll Do

As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant, you'll:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Build meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and social engagement
• Support residents living with memory loss by providing compassionate, person-centered care
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment
• Work closely with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications

We're looking for dependable, compassionate professionals who enjoy helping others.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, Resident Assistant, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP, CNA, or in a similar direct care role
• CNA certification is not required
• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, home health, or long-term care is preferred
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate, resident-first approach to care
