To support the Engineering team's growth, the full-time remote Talent Sourcer for Engineering will build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent through market mapping, candidate research, and innovative outreach strategies. Key responsibilities Build and maintain a rich pipeline of engineering talent to meet current and future hiring needs Conduct market mapping to identify target companies and profiles for sourcing top engineering talent Design and execute creative, data-driven outreach strategies to engage passive candidates Required qualifications 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a proven track record in engineering talent acquisition Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, and outreach sequencing tools A data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze sourcing metrics Exceptional organizational skills for managing large pipelines across multiple roles Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
