Job Profile Summary: Provides routine, technical, and administrative support to research projects to ensure established protocols and procedures are followed for the lab. Responsible for following lab safety standards.**Job Description:**The research laboratory aide will assist PI Grodin in all aspects of her day-to-day laboratory tasks, including coordinating meetings, managing undergraduate students, submitting and managing IRB protocols, establishing laboratory data infrastructure, recruiting participants, and running participants through data protocols.**Position Salary Range:*** $24.00 per hour.**Essential Duties:*** Essential duties include coordinating meetings, managing undergraduate students, submitting and managing IRB protocols, establishing laboratory data infrastructure, recruiting participants, and running participants through data protocols.**Desired Qualifications:*** BA or BS in psychology, neuroscience, or related field.* Experience assisting with or managing a human subjects laboratory.* Experience with Office software (word, excel).• Preferred experience with IRB.* Preferred experience working with participants with alcohol or substance use disorders.* Preferred experience with data management.**Working Environment:*** Participant related work will be on campus.
