About the Role:
Join Shakti Investments Inc as a FEDEX Line Haul Driver in Newville, PA! This exciting opportunity allows you to be a key player in our logistics team, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight while enjoying the freedom of the open road.

Responsibilities:

• Operate FEDEX line haul trucks to transport freight between terminals.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments according to schedule.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles for safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service records.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and terminal personnel.
• Handle freight with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Assist in loading and unloading cargo as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in a commercial vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
