Role Description This is for a part-time or contractual psychotherapist/LCSW/LCPC role located in downtown Chicago and virtually. The psychotherapist will provide therapy, conducting comprehensive intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing evidence-based therapy services. Responsibilities include maintaining a manageable caseload, documenting sessions and treatment progress in a timely and compliant manner, and coordinating care with other healthcare and community providers as appropriate. The role involves conducting risk assessments, occasional crisis intervention when needed, and ensuring that client safety and confidentiality are prioritized. The psychotherapist will also participate in supervision and consultation, and ongoing professional development to support best practices and high-quality care. Initial hourly reimbursement is 60/40 for fully licensed therapists. CEU reimbursement and accrued paid time off is also included. Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply clinical theories and evidence-based practices in a therapeutic setting. Active licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent independent clinical license in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe). Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution. Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, community, or similar clinical settings; comfort working with diverse populations and a range of clinical presentations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and client-centered care. Ability to work on-site at least one day a week
