You will support our Sales function and focus on customer-facing SaaS agreements and revenue-driving initiatives across our global operations.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and DPAsSupport "Request For" processes, renewals, expansions, and customer auditsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on legal input for RFPs and security questionnairesMaintain contract templates and support legal operations tools (e.g., contract repository, legal helpdesk)Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standardsMust-Have SkillsJ.D. from an ABA accredited university and in good standing with at least one State Bar5-8+ years of relevant work experience in private practice or in-house legal rolesExperience negotiating SaaS agreements, subscription contracts, and DPAsProven track record of managing and negotiating complex contracts in the technology or SaaS sectorFamiliarity with reseller agreements and other cloud-based technology offeringsExperience working with sales, revenue, and information security teams in a fast-paced environmentNice-to-Have SkillsStrong understanding of privacy laws and regulationsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegalIndustriesTechnology, Information and MediaJ-18808-Ljbffr
