SHIFT SUPERVISOR

$500 Sign-on Bonus!

• We have an opening for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location : 2022 Ashland Road, Rockville, VA 23146. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule :
  • Employees will be assigned to either Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday schedules, working 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (days) or 7:00 PM-5:30 AM (nights).
  • During the initial site startup and construction clean phase, all team members will temporarily work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, before transitioning to their assigned schedule.
• Requirement : Previous supervisory experience is required. Previous warehouse and janitorial experience a plus!
• Perks : Offering a $500 sign-on bonus paid upon completion of 90 days of employment.
• Fixed Pay Rate : $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
