Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Summary The Marketing Communication Specialist serves as the primary support resource to the Marketing Manager in the execution of the company’s marketing, branding, communication, and promotional initiatives. This position is responsible for content creation, graphic design, social media management, photography, videography, event coordination, internal communications, and marketing administration. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR WFH POSITION The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and supporting company objectives. This role is best suited for an individual who enjoys both creative production and project coordination and is looking to grow within a dynamic B2B marketing environment. Core Responsibilities Assist the Marketing Manager in executing company marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. Create and publish content including social media posts, blog articles, project spotlights, customer success stories, newsletters, and promotional materials. Manage scheduled posting and content distribution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Capture and edit photography and video content at job sites, company events, recruiting functions, trade shows, and employee activities. Design marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, presentations, promotional items, signage, trade show graphics, and sales collateral. Assist with website content updates, email marketing campaigns, and digital communication initiatives. Support production and distribution of internal communications, including employee announcements, recognition programs, TV display messaging, Blue Flash communications, and our Blue Review newsletter. Coordinate logistics and marketing support for trade shows, career fairs, customer events, charity events, and company functions. Maintain brand standards and assist with management of company logos, brand assets, and marketing resources. Coordinate ordering, inventory, and distribution of promotional materials, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral. Additional Responsibilities Assist with development and organization of case studies, project spotlights, and company success stories. Maintain marketing files, digital asset libraries, photography archives, and content repositories. Support recruiting and employee engagement initiatives through marketing, tradeshow attendance and communication efforts. Assist with vendor coordination, project tracking, and marketing administrative activities. Provide support for training room technology, company presentation materials, and special projects as assigned. Participate in employee engagement, safety, and company culture initiatives. Serve on company committees as assigned, including Events/FUN Committee and Safety Committee. Coordinate company charitable and community involvement events as directed. Qualifications Experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, content creation, or a related role preferred. Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content required. Experience with photography, videography, and multimedia content creation required. Experience supporting events, trade shows, or promotional activities preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Adobe Premiere Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Experience with (preferred but not required): WordPress Email marketing platforms such as Aweber, MailChimp, ConstantContact, etc. Digital TV signage platforms Basic website content management systems Working knowledge of social media platforms, including: LinkedIn Facebook Instagram YouTube Additional Requirements Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills. Able to work a 40+ work week from our office in King of Prussia, PA. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments. Creative mindset with strong visual design and content development abilities. Ability to travel to job sites, company events, trade shows, and community activities. Able to work a flexible schedule of early or late events, some weekends required. Understanding of jobsite safety protocols, etiquette and PPE. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Reliable vehicle to get to jobsites, events and other locations. Ability to lift (minimum) 40lbs and transport marketing materials and trade show equipment as needed.
