Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• Experience with elementary school-age caseloads preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and tailor interventions to individual student needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations as needed
• Offer expertise and training for staff regarding speech-language supports
