About the Opportunity Clinical Fellows will work onsite in elementary schools throughout Lanham, Maryland, supporting students with a variety of communication needs. What Your CF Year Will Look Like As a school‑based Clinical Fellow, you will: Provide speech‑language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders Support students with articulation, language, Autism, developmental delays, and other communication needs Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration Case‑manage speech‑only students Build confidence managing a school‑based caseload with ongoing support and mentorship Receive guidance navigating school systems, documentation, and service delivery The district utilizes a workload model designed to ensure responsibilities are distributed fairly and that approximately 50% of clinician time is dedicated to direct IEP services. Additional support is provided when workloads become elevated.
