The at Architectural Products Group is responsible for ensuring overall compliance and quality for dry-mix concrete products at the plant level. This role involves routine testing of products and aggregates as per ASTM standards to ensure compliance and support new formula development for the companys architectural product line.

What Youll Do

• Test product formulations to ensure quality and compliance.
• Inspect, test, and approve incoming raw materials.
• Prepare and provide product samples for sales teams.
• Adhere to established specifications and processes.
• Monitor plant equipment and activities for safe processes.
• Prepare and submit required quality reports to relevant agencies.

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates Degree preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and operations manuals.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on goal attainment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally 80-95 lbs with assistance) and standing for extended periods.
• Experience with lab and testing procedures preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated good housekeeping skills.
