RN Pediatrics

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one in-home patient care in a home setting, with responsibilities including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process. Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs and assess signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes. Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and patient progress. Execute other RN or LPN duties as assigned. Qualifications Current Nursing License in the practicing state. Valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification. Preferred: at least one year of RN or LPN experience. Key Skills: patient assessment, documentation, clinical judgment, and compassionate care.
