AccuAir Heating & Cooling, a locally owned company serving Central Oregon, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Install Apprentices in HVAC. Pay & Benefits Hourly wage of $20.00 - $25.00, based on ability and attitude Medical and Dental Insurance Retirement plan with company matching Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Company-provided vehicle, tablet, phone, and uniforms Tool assistance program Paid training and certification support Schedule Monday-Friday (40 hours per week), with occasional overtime What the Role Involves Work alongside experienced installers on residential and light commercial projects Help install complete heating and cooling systems, including ductwork and equipment Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe Learn the trade through daily hands‑on guidance and structured training Build real skills and take on more responsibility as you progress What We're Looking For Natural mechanical inclination and a strong desire to learn Positive attitude, reliability, and solid work ethic Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a variety of conditions Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Strong teamwork skills and clear communication If you're dependable, eager to learn a skilled trade, and ready to build a long‑term career with a supportive local company, we want to hear from you.
