1. Look at Public profile (
2. Click on candidate's published workbooks and check the data source behind those workbooks
3. Look for finer details like consistency of font and graphs
4. Search for data sources or name of published sections of the workbooks and check if it was published by someone else
5. If public dashboards are not available, give candidate a small dataset and ask to develop a workbook on the fly
