1. Administration of Night Shift Staff.
2. Follow through with operational directive and completion of tasks.
3. CRCST and one additional certification (such as CIS, CER, CHL) for SPD required.
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
1. Prior Supervisory experience.
2. Working Supervisor; should be able to assist staff with tasks.
3. Able to work with Censi-track tracking system.
Top 3- 5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Assignment of given Staff.
2. Completion of Priority Trays.
3. Completion of 1st & 2nd Case Carts for the OR's. Minimum Education: HS Diploma and completion of certificate from an accredited Sterile Processing program.
