Job Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of $45M ground-up construction projects on the South Shore.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams to achieve project goals effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager & Superintendent should have:

• Strong experience in ground-up construction projects, especially in the business services industry.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets of $45M or more.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a results-oriented attitude.
