Day/Evening, 12-hr shifts, 0640-1910 with a potential of 1 shift that is 0940-2210 biweekly. Weekday and weekend call required. Will accept 17-21 week assignments TIER 2: Cardiac. Strongest skills should be in cardiac/thoracic: ECMO, CABG (Coronary artery bypass graft), ascending, LVAD, thoracic, thoracic robot Davinci Xi, lobectomy, mitral valves, VATS, lung resection. Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years. RN license required BLS required - AHA only.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Work with a multidisciplinary team to plan for patient care in the operating room in a timely manner. Communicate and coordinate operating room activities to facilitate efficiency in the surgical case progression and turnover between cases. Implement safe, competent, and efficient patient and family care within policies, procedures, and standards of care plan to the perioperative patients level of complexity.

Special Equipment: Please do not pass if missing skills. Screen/redirect as appropriate. *** REQUIRED: level 1 or similar size hospitals and with high caliber of complex surgeries. Must have experience Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable area (3 or above).
