Our client, a national title insurance company, is seeking a Post Closing Specialist to support a high-volume escrow and title production environment.

This role is responsible for providing escrow support services across residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions. The Post Closing Specialist will assist in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of post-closing processes by performing a variety of administrative and support duties.

Key responsibilities include supporting real estate transaction workflows, coordinating documentation, reviewing files for completeness, processing post-closing deliverables, and working closely with escrow officers, title teams, and production centers to ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the closing lifecycle.
