Construction Manager

Job Description

My client is seeking a construction manager to join their active team in Orlando, Florida. This construction manager will be helping to support a $500 million dollar renovation and expansion of the Orange County Convention Center. Their day to day responsibilities will include being onsite 5x days a week to oversee the general contractor and the subcontractors, walking the site and taking pictures/documentation, and relying updates and change order recommendations to the client.
