Job Overview Topgolf is hiring a Bar Back for a fast‑paced location. This hourly role supports bartenders, ensuring the bar stays stocked, clean, and functional while delivering excellent player experience. Responsibilities Support bartenders with restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes and ice. Clean glassware, equipment, and utensils, and collect empty glasses and bottles. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs smoothly. Qualifications Positive and energetic attitude with a customer‑first mindset. Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment. Physical Requirements Must lift and move items up to 50lb. and perform bending, stooping, and carrying tasks. Stand most of the shift; be comfortable walking and moving throughout the day.
