Elite Student Success Coach — 1:1 Mentorship

Alpha School seeks a dedicated student success coach to mentor students with elite standards, guiding them through resistance, focus, and growth using data-driven coaching and life-skills sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role at the Austin campus, contracted with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Comp is $75 USD per hour, about $150,000 per year, with weekly payouts.
