Role Overview Provides personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager, assigned to specific clients and performing services as required to maintain their personal comfort. Responsibilities Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration Patient hygiene – bathing, shampooing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping Follow written assignments and instructions Complete and submit appropriate documentation Qualifications Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice At least eighteen (18) years of age Current CPR certification and TB test Benefits Schedule flexibility – create your own schedule Healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision (eligibility details available) Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account (pre‑tax savings accounts) Compensation Standard Rate: $15.00 – $17.50 hourly.
