Production Helper- Pay up to- $22/hr- IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Pay: $22/hr

Shift: 1st shift- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist operators with material handling, including stacking, loading, unloading, and staging materials
• Perform visual inspections of in-process products to ensure quality standards are met
• Wrap and unwrap products for processing and shipment
• Read and follow production work orders accurately
• Apply tags and labels to finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production and warehouse activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and manual labor
• Experience with material handling and product inspection
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with loading and unloading materials
• Familiarity with hand tools
• Packaging experience
• Construction or industrial labor experience
• Forklift experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN 46140.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
