Cellnex Telecom is a leading independent operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructure. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team on a Full-Time basis at our office in Vineland, Colorado, United States . The ideal candidate will be the voice of our company, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
* A customer-oriented approach with a high degree of professionalism and patience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
