Maintenance Supervisor

And we are One Driving Force.Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our MAINTENANCE team as a:MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORIn this role, you will lead and manage a team dedicated to maintaining the optimal functionality of all equipment and facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead daily maintenance operations to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life.Coordinate and oversee the repair of equipment in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.Optimize maintenance processes and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency.Work collaboratively with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure a personal and associate awareness of all quality and business-related operating systems (ISO/IATF).Qualifications, Skills and Experience We're Looking ForPost secondary degree or diploma in a technical or engineering related field is preferred; a combination of education, training and years working experience will be considered. Skilled trade certification is required - a recognized provincial, state or federal license required. At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with 2 years in a supervisory capacity.Proven knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and repair processes.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.Plasman values and supports the unique talents and strengths that each employee brings to our organization.
