The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support its Strategic Portfolio Management Office (SPMO). The role will lead rollout and enterprise adoption of new PPM capabilities and support decentralized PMOs with guidance, training, and documentation. The selected candidate will collaborate across the SDLC, configure portfolio/ program/ agile modules, and develop training materials.
