Job Description

As a Security Guard Healthcare Facility in Denver CO you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents monitor alarm systems and assist employees customers and visitors with professionalism. You will document observations communicate clearly and respond to security-related concerns while reflecting Allied Universals agile reliable innovative caring team-focused and integrity-driven values.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial services location including business areas entrances parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity assisting with authorized entry procedures and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal management and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
