About the Role:
Step into a vital role as a Technologist in our Phoenix solution prep department, where you'll be at the forefront of manufacturing and assembling clinical and commercial products in a fast-paced, collaborative laboratory environment. This is an overnight B shift position ideal for detail-oriented candidates seeking hands-on scientific operational experience with the opportunity for full-time conversion.

Responsibilities:

- Manufacture and assemble clinical/commercial products with strict adherence to GMP standards.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment for solution preparation and batch processing.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and verify raw materials for batch integrity.
- Conduct in-process testing, ensuring all batches meet specifications.
- Validate equipment and processes, focusing on filtration, cleaning, and sterilization.
- Safely handle and dispose of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids.
- Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids to precise formulations.
- Contribute to team onboarding and new procedure training.
- Support leads/supervisors and offer recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Flexibility to work overtime to meet business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

- High school diploma with technical laboratory certification and 3 years' lab experience, or
- Associate's degree in a scientific field with 2-3 years' lab experience, or
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 1-2 years' lab experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic arithmetic.
- Ability to interpret charts, diagrams, and written instructions in English.
- Demonstrated teamwork, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in solution preparation, filtration, and sterilization validation.
- Prior experience with chemical waste handling in a laboratory setting.
