Branch Manager – Restoration & ReconstructionCompany: ServiceMaster / ServiceMaster Recovery ManagementLocation: Savannah, GA AreaServiceMaster Recovery Management is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a yet to be opened restoration and reconstruction office in the Savannah, GA Area of Southeast Georgia. This role has full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, and insurance carrier–driven work across residential and commercial losses.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily restoration and reconstruction operationsManage branch P&L, job costing, and budgetsEnsure insurance carrier compliance, estimating accuracy, and cycle timesBuild relationships with adjusters, carriers, and referral partnersRecruit, train, and lead branch staffEnsure safety, quality, and ServiceMaster brand standardsQualifications:5+ years of restoration or construction leadership experienceStrong insurance carrier and claims workflow knowledgeXactimate and job costing experience preferredIICRC certifications a plusCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with performance incentivesBenefits package, company vehicle, and phoneApply:Join a nationally recognized brand and lead the growth of a new ServiceMaster location in the Southeast, GA market.All candidates must successfully complete a background and drug screening.
