It's important for new hires to hit the ground running and must be able to work.Staring Pay: $18.75/hour Hilo Prem: $1.00/hour Shift Premium: $0.50/hour2nd Shift : Monday - SaturdaySchedule: Mon-Fri 2:00pm - 10:15pm Sat 3:00pm - 12:15amPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesOperate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe mannerOperate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as neededUnload trucks and put inventory awayRack and stack product up to 16 feet highLoad trucks with empty dunnageExpectationsMake SAFETY PersonalMust be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day.Must be available for overtime and weekend work.Must have good communication skills.Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of othersMaintain constructive relationshipsTake initiative to make things betterLead by exampleBe on timeMust be able to lift up to 40 poundsMust be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations.
