Contracts Specialist

$30 - $38 per hour

We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Atlanta, GA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $30 - 38/hr (W2)
1-year assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need
Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite weekly in the Atlanta office
Support the contracting and remediation of third-party contracts, primarily related to Supply Chain and Procurement
Compile and review contract information to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements
Review contracts and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Upload and maintain contract documentation and related records
Partner with category leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
Serve as a key point of contact for contract administration and remediation activities
Identify issues requiring escalation and determine appropriate next steps
Manage multiple contract-related activities, processes, and priorities simultaneously

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in Contract Administration, preferably supporting Supply Chain or Procurement-related contracts
Experience with contract review, administration, remediation, or compliance
Strong Excel skills and ability to work comfortably with data and documentation
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate business systems and tools
Strong project and process management skills
Paralegal experience is a plus but not required
