Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical Therapy License
- Master‘s
- Home Health experience
- Experience creating OASIS and evaluations
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- No on-call or weekend requirement.
- Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.
- Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
- Coverage area includes Lamar, Fannin, and Grayson counties.
- Dress code: Grey, Black, Navy or Burgundy.

Location Highlights
Paris, Texas offers a small-city setting with access to notable local landmarks and regional outdoor destinations. The city‘s Eiffel Tower with a cowboy hat sits near the Red River Valley Veterans Memorial, and downtown Paris features historic architecture and local dining options. Pat Mayse Lake is about 15 miles southwest of Paris and provides boating, fishing, and camping for travelers who prefer outdoor recreation. Bonham State Park is roughly 40 miles away, and Dallas is about 110 miles southwest for access to a major metro area, airports, museums, and entertainment.
