Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a solid payroll foundation and is looking to continue growing their career in construction accounting and payroll.
- Schedule: 100% on-site with flexible start times (6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:30 AM); 8 hour day, M-F

education: Bachelors Responsibilities What you'll do:
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 180 employees
- Support both corporate and union payroll
- Assist with certified payroll reporting
- Prepare payroll tax filings, W-2s, garnishments, and deductions
- Reconcile payroll data and maintain accurate employee records
- Partner with office staff and field leadership to resolve payroll questions
- 2–5+ years of payroll experience
- Exposure to union payroll or certified payroll preferred
- Construction, manufacturing, or similar industry experience is a plus
- Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system
- Accounting or Finance degree preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
