Part-Time Lead Patient Care Tech

Role Lead Patient Care Tech, vital member of the nursing team, providing compassionate, hands-on patient care and supporting advanced procedures. Responsibilities Assist with ADLs, support mobility, monitor vital signs, collect specimens, prepare patients for procedures, and track telemetry. Document patient care accurately, communicate updates to ensure coordinated care, and maintain a safe environment by following infection control practices. Respond to patient needs through rounding and compassionate communication. Train and mentor new staff, sharing policy updates and quality initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Active TX CNA license, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, at least 1 year hospital experience. Strong communication, patient advocacy, and teamwork skills.
