Registered Nurse ER Full Time Nights Lebanon

Job Summary Responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for various patients within the facility. Reports directly to the Clinical Director of the unit and works in conjunction with nursing, ancillary services, physicians, patients, and families to ensure quality of care across the continuum. Key Responsibilities Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum. Analyzes comprehensive information pertinent to the patient’s care and management to determine nursing diagnosis. Continually utilizes the nursing process to evaluate patient’s progress toward goals and applies appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes. Employs strategies to promote health and maintain a safe environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Technical Capabilities Patient Assessment & Evaluation (Novice) : Demonstrates fundamental proficiency in assessing and evaluating patients, conducting primary care patient interviews, and recognizing problems; contacts the patient’s primary care provider and other team members as appropriate. Patient Education (Novice) : Provides patient education in moderate difficulty practical applications. Care Planning (Novice) : Anticipates resource needs, sets priorities, schedules activities, meets deadlines, and organizes work within direct responsibilities; manages multiple assignments concurrently. Evidence-Based Practice (Novice) : Searches for evidence to answer clinical questions and accomplishes assignments under direction. Position Qualifications Licensure: Medical‑board licensed Registered Nurse (LIC). Other relevant licenses acceptable. Experience: 1 year of related work experience in a clinical setting. Education: Graduate of an approved discipline‑specific program. Other: Ability to be self‑directed, quality‑focused, and to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
