- Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, and expense tracking
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and scheduling
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and fully operational
- Implement and improve office procedures and systems
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
