Admissions Coordinator - Skilled Nursing Facility

Compensation: $70,000–$110,000 DOE
A busy skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an organized healthcare professional who is comfortable managing referrals, communicating with referral partners, and keeping the admissions process moving efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate new referrals
Serve as a point of contact for hospitals, case managers, families, and referral sources
Assist with insurance checks, authorizations, and required documentation
Maintain accurate and timely admissions records
Partner with clinical and administrative teams throughout the intake process
Help strengthen referral relationships and support facility growth
Prior skilled nursing experience is required
Healthcare admissions or intake experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and follow-through
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
