Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support continuous testing initiatives
- Identify, prioritize, and execute critical test scenarios with structured execution plans
- Create and maintain clear documentation for automated testing processes and frameworks
- Perform and support manual testing activities including System Testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, analyze root causes, and improve overall product quality
- Utilize test management and defect tracking tools to ensure testing visibility, traceability, and reporting
- 8+ years of overall QA experience with the ability to work independently on complex initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with sound judgment in planning and executing testing strategies
- Proven experience designing and developing automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or similar automation tools
- Extensive experience with defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Octane
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and flexible approach to testing challenges
- Must currently reside in the Austin, TX metropolitan area
- 8+ years of manual testing experience (System Testing, SIT, UAT)
- 8+ years of experience writing test plans, test cases, and detailed QA documentation
