Senior Site Facilities Manager – Raynham, Massachusetts, United States of America Key Responsibilities Ensure safety and compliance is at the forefront of everything we do within the Facilities Management organization. Mentor / lead a team of contract resources including engineers, planners, specialists, technicians to act as a cohesive team responsible for ensuring the 24/7 continuous operational readiness of our sites. Lead an efficient Utilities/Asset/site Facilities Maintenance Program to sustain targeted facilities equipment availability. Responsible for implementing business continuity plans, GXP initiatives, energy/sustainability initiatives, and infrastructure management programs to support strategic facilities planning in support of Engineering and Property Services objectives and Site Leadership imperatives. Develop and maintain relevant critical key performance indicators for facilities and report progress and plans to the site and global leadership teams. Assure accurate documentation of records for facilities department activities. Ensure high standards of safety and environmental processes and systems in relation to work preparation, execution and control for internal and external teams. Establish budget and accurate spending projections, lead within capital and operating resources and identify significant OPEX and capital spend requirements and savings opportunities during budget preparation. Lead the site Facilities Management function, building strong productive working relationships so that it operates as a strong cohesive team. Manage contractors on site, through robust collaboration, communication and governance for areas including service delivery, repairs & maintenance and agreements for the facility and grounds. Serve as the Facilities functional leader on the SLT and is an essential component to the successful running of the whole site. Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders across the site functions, ensuring that the site Facilities Management goals are met while fully supporting the site and Business unit goals. Build strong working relationships with peers in the sub region, ensuring that the site Facilities goals are aligned with the sub regional team goals. Effectively navigate, lead and partner in a matrixed environment. Qualifications MSC or BSC (or equivalent) in Engineering, Facility management or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years’ experience at Site Leadership Level in Facilities / Engineering role. A comprehensive understanding and experience of facilities maintenance, with the technical ability to operate as an Engineering Manager. Strong passion for people leadership and development, with the demonstrated ability to collaborate with, influence and partner with colleagues throughout the Manufacturing Operation as a strategic business partner. Experience leading teams through change and dealing with organizational transformation in a manufacturing environment. Clear understanding of J&J Credo Values. Benefits Eligible to participate in the company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours per calendar year for employees who reside in Colorado; 56 hours per calendar year for employees who reside in Washington). Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year. Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year. Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care of a child. Bereavement leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year. Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period.
