Production Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 05:30pm )

As a Production Technician, this role is crucial for the production of high-quality composite components, working under close supervision to perform essential layup, trimming, and preparation tasks.

**Work Schedule:**Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x10-hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic layup of composite materials according to specifications and work instructions.
• Accurately cut, trim, and shape composite materials using various hand tools.
• Prepare composite parts for further processing, including debulking and bagging procedures.
• Operate and maintain basic hand tools and equipment used in composite manufacturing.\
• Inspect materials and work in progress for quality and adherence to standards.

Production Technician Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in assembly or mechanical roles.
• Familiarity with composite materials or manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic layup, trimming, and preparation tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, potentially repetitively.
