Residential Counselor - Group Therapy & Supervision

Mainspring Recovery is seeking a Counselor or Counselor Supervisee for our on-site Dumfries, VA program. The role centers on group-based residential treatment, with recovery-focused engagement and intake assessments. You will work within a multidisciplinary clinical team, facilitating groups and conducting individual sessions with adults in early recovery.
