Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy licensure in Indiana (required)
• Experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings preferred
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-age students
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Collaborative spirit and a compassionate, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including teachers, staff, and families
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students’ functional and academic participation through innovative interventions
