TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, 17042!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: PA or Compact License required Certifications: ASN or BSN, BLS, OASIS required Must-Have: Holiday Requirement: Travelers will be expected to work 2 of 3 upcoming major holidays (Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day). If the contract falls over only 2 of these holidays, the traveler will be expected to work 1 of 2 holidays. Only 1 holiday off may be requested. Schedule Requirements: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, every 4th weekend. Coverage includes multiple counties as needed. Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. If candidates pass the clinical assessment and are within guidelines, they will be sent to the manager for a final decision. Clinical screens will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Interviews will be conducted by the manager. Description: Travelers may need to care for COVID patients. This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. Candidates should notify prior to submission if applicable. Weekend requirements include rotation every 4th weekend. This may include travel outside of the designated region based on patient volume. Additional skills needed include: Admission assessment, blood glucose management, care and management of peripheral IVs and central lines, Case management, clinical assessment documentation, discharge planning, Home infusion, infection control precautions, medication assessment and management, Oxygen safety and administration, pain assessment and management, Wound care and management, recertification, routine visits and significant changes in condition.
